Barack-etology Returns

Yawn

Every year come March Madness time, I await anxiously on pins and needles to find out what Barry Obama’s NCAA picks are going to be.

Oh wait, no I don’t. I actually couldn’t care less. And after five years of this crap, I’m pretty sure most of America is with me on that. Barack’s tendency to insert himself into all things cultural has moved far beyond clever and hip…and a lot closer to “Tan Mom” territory. There, I said it. He’s no longer the “American Idol” president. He’s the annoying “15 minutes of fame” one-hit wonder celebrity who keeps running in front of TMZ cameras to get attention. I’m pretty sure I saw him on a commercial for the Hoodie-Footie last week.

So now, if you can endure it, you can sit through yet another five minutes of Barack Obama filling out brackets instead of preventing all-out war between Russia and Ukraine. If it’s any consolation, remind yourself that the only Final Four that really matters is the final four years of this man’s presidency–and we’re already halfway through it.

Now share your 2014 midterm election brackets below…
