Wow. Who’d have thunk David Brooks, of all people, would kinda/sorta hit the nail on the head for once? On Sunday’s “Meet the Press,” the infamous New York Times columnist actually admitted that when it comes to leadership in the Middle East, Dear Barry has a “manhood problem” on his hands. Amazingly, Brooks didn’t even have to consult Michelle in order to draw his conclusion.
Ironically, it’s the David Brooks crowd that was so often railing against Dubya for behaving like a sort of gun-slinging cowboy towards that part of the world. But at least they’re willing to admit now that having the opposite approach is even worse.
Up next, David Brooks will unleash a new column in which he compares the “manhood” sizes of each one of our living American presidents.
