Recently on his show, Fox News host Sean Hannity has gone on the record voicing his support for 68-year-old Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy in his infamous standoff with the federal Bureau of Land Management over grazing rights. In response, “The Daily Show” host Jon Stewart said, “The law isn’t on Bundy’s side. The The court isn’t on Bundy’s side. Even the Nevada state constitution, which Bundy claims to abide, isn’t on Bundy’s side.” “Who the hell is on this guy’s side,” Stewart asked. “Hannity,” Stewart yelled, answering his own question.
Now, Sean Hannity is firing back at Jon Stewart and his “army of fifty writers.” On Tuesday night, Hannity called Stewart a “comedic hack” and a shill for the Obama administration. “They kind of are the chief apologists for the Obama administration. He does suck up a lot,” Hannity said about Stewart and his network Comedy Central.
I don’t know about you, but I am looking forward to more shots being fired from these primetime talking heads.
