  • NSFW: You’ll Never Believe the Question Berlusconi Was Asked By the BBC

    Second Reminder: NSFW

Ah, if only American news media were as hilariously entertaining as the BBC. That would be Jeremy Paxman above, interviewing the now-former Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi. Three years ago, during the height of his scandal-plagued administration, Berlusconi was caught on tape referring to German Chancellor Angela Merkel as an “unf***able lard-arse.” So, of couse, given the opportunity to ask the man a few questions, Paxman jumped at the chance to revisit that whopper of a comment!

Can you imagine Matt Lauer or George Stephanopoulos asking such a question of…anyone? I didn’t think so. Just for fun, check out a slightly longer (and cleaner) version of the exchange…and keep watching to see the former PM flat-out deny ever having any of those infamous so-called “Bunga Bunga Parties”:

    Senior Editor

Fox has history in broadcasting that spans two decades. From his early days as an FM host and club DJ in the mid-90′s to his later experiences in political talk radio, he has always had a knack for combining topical news with his love for popular culture. Those experiences culminated in his position as executive producer for several radio shows featured in the TALKERS Heavy 100. Originally from New York, Fox has made the great pilgrimage down to sunny south Florida.
