  • Howard Dean: Republicans Are “Gonna Get Their Butts Kicked in November”

Howard Dean The Screaming Machine really throws it all out here, doesn’t he? The former Vermont Governor and epic failure of a presidential candidate isn’t seen doing much these days, other than the occasional appearance on MSNBC. But he’s never at a loss for words when it comes to assailing Republicans for allegedly doing “nothing.”

I think that the American people are just disgusted. I’m certainly disgusted with them,” sneered Howard. “These are, really, people — I question their patriotism, really. I mean, we’re paying them to do something and they are doing nothing.”

Ah, questioning one’s patriotism: always the first refuge of a scoundrel like I Dream of Deanie. He believes that any Republican outrage over Obama’s blatant abuse of executive power is really just a fabrication intended to mask the GOP’s own incompetence. Sorry to burst your whiny bubble, Doctor Dean, but I can assure you that the anger is real.

As for Howie’s prediction that Republicans will “get their butts kicked” this fall, I’d be happy to accept that wager from a guy who so majorly miscalculated his own electoral chances in 2004. Let’s see if we can make him scream like a banshee once again on November 4th.

Fox has history in broadcasting that spans two decades. From his early days as an FM host and club DJ in the mid-90′s to his later experiences in political talk radio, he has always had a knack for combining topical news with his love for popular culture. Those experiences culminated in his position as executive producer for several radio shows featured in the TALKERS Heavy 100. Originally from New York, Fox has made the great pilgrimage down to sunny south Florida.
