Here’s A Rare Look At Robin Williams Cracking Political Jokes

As the world continues to mourn the loss of funny man Robin Williams, and as we learn, from his wife, that he was in the early stages of Parkinson’s disease, I thought it fitting to profile a more recherché side of him.

After all, it is “Throwback Thursday.”

So I did some digging and found a clip showcasing some of Robin Williams’ best jokes. He just happened to be delivering them to a crowd of guests at the Democratic National Committee’s tribute to President Bill Clinton in Washington, D.C. in 2000.

He goes off on everybody from George W. Bush, to Hillary Clinton, “or the artist formerly known as the first lady,” he quips.

Williams also touched on the NRA, gun rights, and Dan Quayle.

The clip above is just one more reminder to us all that this kind, incredibly talented, and warm Oscar-winning actor was an ocean of pure talent. He will be missed.
