New CBS Poll Shows Obama’s Approval On Terrorism At All-Time Low

On the same day that Congress voted in favor of Obama’s plan to arm and train Syrian rebels to combat ISIS, a brand new poll revealed that the American public believes Obama is being too soft on terrorists.

The new CBS News/New York Times poll was released exactly one week after Obama’s emotionless primetime speech to the nation, where he laid out his plan to degrade and defeat ISIS.

The poll shows that only 34% say they are satisfied with Obama on foreign policy, while a whopping 58% say they are disappointed in his foreign policy agenda. Another 57% say Obama is not being tough enough on ISIS, while just 31% say he is.

The poll also said that 49% of Americans think the GOP is better able to handle foreign policy, 37% disagree. Another 49% of Americans think the GOP is better able to handle the economy, while just 38% disagree.

“That is a new low for this poll,” CBS’s Charlie Rose said.

Even though the “Big Three” networks, CBS, NBC and, ABC, have only mentioned President Obama’s abysmal approval ratings just two times in 2014 during their evening broadcasts, the American people still seem to be tuned into his failure to lead.
