  • NSFW: Watch “Iron Mike” Tyson Explode on a Canadian TV Reporter

Don’t mess with Iron Mike! This may be the angriest we’ve seen Mike Tyson since biting Evander Holyfield’s ear off. There’s very little I can say to do justice to this clip, so you should probably just watch it for yourself. But here’s the setup:

Mike sat down with Canadian talk show host Nathan Downer to discuss his one-man show in Toronto, when the host decided to ask a rather provocative question about Tyson’s endorsement of crack-smoking Mayor Rob Ford. Tyson had recently called him the “greatest mayor” in Toronto’s history.

Some critics say that “we know you’re a convicted rapist — this could actually hurt his campaign,” said Downer.

Well, that unfortunate reminder of the early 90’s didn’t sit too well with Mike, to say the least.

You come across as a nice guy, but you’re really a piece of sh*t with that comment,” Mike fired back. “F**k you. That was a piece of sh*t comment.”

And it got a whole lot worse than that, as the former heavyweight champ’s string of profanities overtook the entire broadcast. You could tell Mr. Downer was scared for his safety, while Mike’s eyes were practically bulging out of his head. I don’t know about the rest of you, but I’d be scared of Mike Tyson even in a GOOD mood. Imagine experiencing this.

In Tyson’s defense, what business did this TV host have bringing up the rape charges in the first place…you know, seeing as how Rob Ford is no bastion of ethics himself? Yeah, that was kind of a clown question, bro.

So we see that Mike can beat you with his fists if he so pleases…but he can also beat the hell out of you with his words. Check out the rather uncomfortable exchange above.

Fox has history in broadcasting that spans two decades. From his early days as an FM host and club DJ in the mid-90′s to his later experiences in political talk radio, he has always had a knack for combining topical news with his love for popular culture. Those experiences culminated in his position as executive producer for several radio shows featured in the TALKERS Heavy 100. Originally from New York, Fox has made the great pilgrimage down to sunny south Florida.
