Sexist Pig Hillary Clinton Paid Women Less Than Men

Last April, while the Democrat-initiated and manufactured “War on Women” was in full bloom, Hillary Clinton tweeted, “20 years ago, women made 72 cents on the dollar to men. Today it’s still just 77 cents. More work to do. .”

That was Hillary being bold and edgy.

However, she, like most people who parade that statistic around, ignored the fact that that stat includes all women, many of whom don’t work the same higher paying jobs that all men work, at the same hours that men work those jobs, or for the same amount of years that men work them–not to mention that the 77 cents on the dollar stat also includes paternity leave, for which American working women don’t receive.

But who cares about intellectual honest, granularity, and facts?

I mean this is Hillary friggin’ Clinton we are talking about. She’s getting ready to take her place in history as America’s first female president, and, presumably, a fearless wage equality champion. The battle cry for income equality is everywhere, even at the Oscars.

Hillary is the only person who can save us.

But there’s just one problem: “As senator, Clinton paid women 72 cents for each dollar paid to men,” according to research conducted by the Washington Free Beacon.

From WFB:

During those years, the median annual salary for a woman working in Clinton’s office was $15,708.38 less than the median salary for a man, according to the analysis of data compiled from official Senate expenditure reports.

The analysis compiled the annual salaries paid to staffers for an entire fiscal year of work from the years 2002 to 2008. Salaries of employees who were not part of Clinton’s office for a full fiscal year were not included. Because the Senate fiscal year extends from Oct. 1 to Sept. 30, Clinton’s first year in the Senate, which began on Jan. 3, 2001, was also not included in the analysis.

The salaries speak for themselves. The data show that women in her office were paid 72 cents for every dollar paid to men.

Here’s how that information stacks up in one chart:

Male-Female-comparison

The numbers are sound. And they are damning.

Here’s that Hillary Tweet I mentioned earlier:

Hillary Clinton’s entire presidential campaign will center around the slogan “Ready for Hillary” which is a platitude suggesting it’s time for a female to serve as U.S. President. Her entire presidential campaign will rely on her being a credible crusader for women’s right, chief among them being equal pay and free birth control.

Many on the American Left already think Hillary is too cozy with Wall Street. They prefer Senator Warren to Bill Clinton’s wife.

As a pathetic perpetrator of the “sexist” practice of paying women less than men, Hillary may need to focus less on birth control and more on damage control.
