New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio was brutally booed Monday as he tossed out the ceremonial first pitch at Citi Field.
The mayor has come under fire recently for his unpopular stance against charters schools in his city and his poll numbers have taken a hit because of it. The heckling could be the result of Hizzoner’s boneheaded support to end horse carriage rides and his millionaire tax proposal.
