• Will the Professors at Rutgers Protesting Condi Rice Over WMDs Also Boycott President Barack ‘Drone Strike’ Obama?

He's been invited to speak in 2016

    So it’s a fair question.

The New Brunswick Faculty Council of Rutgers University voted last week to ask University leadership to rescind Condoleezza Rice’s invitation to speak. Why? Because Rice “misled the American people about Iraq’s weapons of mass destruction, and that she condoned torture. Thus, in her official capacity, she played a role in the deaths of thousands and supported unconstitutional, illegal torture,” wrote Barry Komisaruk, a “distinguished” professor of Psychology at Rutgers.

Rutgers University invited the former Secretary of State to speak at its commencement ceremony. The school is also granting Condoleezza Rice with an honorary doctorate of law degree.

Last week, when Rutgers history professor Rudolph Bell was asked on “Hannity” if he would support President Obama speaking at Rutgers he said, “He’s [already] been invited to speak in 2016.”

    That’s right.

Condoleezza Rice, who worked for President Bush who made war-time decisions liberals didn’t like, is being blocked from giving a graduation speech. But Barack Obama — whose been blowing up brown people at breakneck speeds since he took office — can?

Bell said, “yes,” President Obama can speak “because of his office.” Condi Rice “is just a professor at Stanford.”

Yes. Condoleezza Rice is a professor at Stanford University. She was also the first black female National Security Advisor and US Secretary of State.

But no, that Condoleezza Rice has a distinguished two-decades long career as a college professor and has served as provost of Stanford University is immaterial to this bunch of highbrow liberal twits.

It’s a bunch of old white liberal men telling an accomplished black woman she can’t give a commencement speech. But it’s not racism. It’s reactionary.

The 200-plus signers of the silly petition to disinvite Condoleezza Rice represent a reflexively intolerant segment of haters that have harmed so much of American academia. These so-called intellectuals are so blinded by ideology that they can’t see the intellectual dishonesty in protesting Condoleezza Rice over her roll in “torture,” while inviting President ‘Kill List’ Obama.

Talk about a war on women.

Ultimately, I predict that Condoleezza Rice will speak. And the haters who tried to block her will have to sit there and watch.
