    The mainstream media freaks out about the latest SCOTUS decision

    Who didn’t see this one coming? The Supreme Court declared a cap on political donations unconstitutional this week, and it didn’t take long for MSNBC, CNN and other media outlets to start to show the first signs of a mental breakdown. Still smarting over the Citizens United case, their fear of rich people deciding elections in favor of Republican candidates was on full display in the first 24 hours. I stress 24 hours, because at the time I assembled the above video, resident blowhards like Chris Matthews hadn’t even weighed in on the decision yet, and you can be sure that he’s just as fearful of wealth in America as these guys are.

    So, without further ado, enjoy this presentation I’ve put together in cooperation with the good folks at Grabien. If this is what the first 24 hours of reaction sounded like, imagine what the mainstream media will say when the GOP takes the Senate this year. I think I finally understand what “Kochtopia” means–who knew it involved so many news anchors with upset stomachs?
