• “The Bear is Loose!”: Watch Obama Babble With Random D.C. Tourists

No wonder the man can't seem to get anything done

Barry Obama: he’s just a regular guy. Or at least that’s what he wants you to think. With his jacket flung over his shoulder, the POTUS decided to take a rare stroll around the nation’s capital…and film it.

“It”s good to be out,” he proclaims in the 3 minute video posted to the White House YouTube Channel. “The bear is loose!”

Apparently, Obama is referring to himself as “The Bear” these days, so that’s a thing. Maybe it’s short for “Bear-y” (as in, Barry).

Passing by a hot dog vendor, Barack asks, “how’s business?” He then passes out some “special White House M&M’s” to a pair of young girls, as if he’s seeking their vote or something.

“Are you real?” asks one woman. “Yes I am. I’m not wax,” answers the silly-goose prezzo.

Barry is all smiles throughout the video, most likely because strangers are the only people who don’t mind being around him. But what’s really amazing is that the White House would pick this precise week to share this particular video with the world. While Obama is personally under fire for both the mismanagement that occurred at VA hospitals on his watch, as well as his weak-kneed response on Wednesday, one wouldn’t think that an internet video showing him walking around and essentially doing NOTHING is great for his image right now. Tone-deaf much?
