    That’s why we at Daily Surge have decided to share with you a rather hilarious — and borderline creepy — informational video from the 80’s (or maybe even the 90’s) that encourages you, above all, to be SAFE. The soundtrack alone may be the coolest thing this side of Vanilla Ice.
