    If you thought we’d seen the last of the bespectacled nerd who used to do damage control for Barry Obama, you’d be wrong. “Retired” White House Press Secretary Jay Carney sat down David Letterman last night, where he shared his trade secrets regarding what is arguably his best skill: lying and not answering questions.

    It took years, but now that he’s left his post, we finally get a glimpse into the thought process of this toady spinster named Carney. Watch above, as he spouts off some of his most memorable and creative responses to press questions, such as “I don’t have the answer,” “I would refer you to someone else,” and of course, “no comment.”

    BONUS: If you thought Jay was just being playful there, let us remind you how he truly did use those phrases to dodge the truth throughout his entire tenure at 1600 Penn. Whenever you start to get irritated with his replacement, Josh Earnest, always remember this nerd:
