    If you thought we’d seen the last of the bespectacled nerd who used to do damage control for Barry Obama, you’d be wrong. “Retired” White House Press Secretary Jay Carney sat down David Letterman last night, where he shared his trade secrets regarding what is arguably his best skill: lying and not answering questions.

    It took years, but now that he’s left his post, we finally get a glimpse into the thought process of this toady spinster named Carney. Watch above, as he spouts off some of his most memorable and creative responses to press questions, such as “I don’t have the answer,” “I would refer you to someone else,” and of course, “no comment.”
