Bill Maher appeared on David Letterman’s show last night and offered the same political advice to Hillary Clinton that he did earlier this summer: Just go away.
“We’ve seen a lot of this woman,” Maher said.”We’re kind of sick of her already. And the more she’s out there, at this point, so early, the more we’re gonna get sick of her.”Back in May, Maher endorsed the “Granny Ticket” which put Hillary at the top along with Massachusettes Senator Elizabeth Warren as her running mate.
“And the more that she’s out there, at this point, and it’s so early, the more we’re going to get sick for her. I think she’s probably traumatized by what happened in 2008 when she lost to Obama because she thought it was hers for the taking. And it turned out the country, you know, basically did to her what her husband did; they found someone newer and younger,” Maher said as the crowd groaned.
It should be noted that Bill Maher, his comments aside, is a committed liberal hack. He’s the dimwit who donated $1 million to pro-Obama PACs in 2012.
So while he’s beating up on Hillary now, and it is fun to watch, he’ll vote for her over her GOP challenger no matter what.
