• Sure, These Climate Marchers Seem Reasonable…

It’s called the “People’s Climate March.” But to quote the great Jerry Seinfeld, who are these “people”?

Well, if the YouTube videos that have surfaced so far are any indication, they’re a bunch of wackadoodles. At first glance, the protesters seem like typical environmentalists from days gone by, looking to save the whales and flush their toilets less often. But upon closer examination, the crowd up in New York and beyond seem a tad…well, removed from reality.

Here’s a brief collection of some of the more bizarre things we’ve witnessed in just the past 48 hours:

    Protesters chanting “F*** the Police!”:

Fears of “invasions of green crabs” infiltrating the state of Maine:

Marchers getting rather violent at the mere sight of Alex Epstein’s “I Love Fossil Fuels” T-Shirt:

Proclamations that “Democratic Socialism” is the answer to the world’s climate problems:

Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. losing his temper when reporter Michelle Fields asks if he’d give up his cell-phone and car for the greater good of the climate:

Leonardo DiCaprio (sporting a full beard) and Bernie Sanders dismissing Michelle’s questions completely:

A man in a giant cow suit holding a sign that reads, “I Fart, Therefore I Am”:

Sure, this crowd seems totally normal.

Funny how it’s the Tea Party who are always portrayed as the tin-foil hatters. But when you even have members of the Obama administration like John Kerry out there claiming that “people are killing each other” because of climate change, what more can you expect from these highly impressionable minds?
