Midterm election night 2014 is finally here. As I type, millions of Americans are casting ballots. The liberal-leaning mainstream media outlets have already proclaimed victory for Republicans.
It’s really not looking good for Democrats. And with control of the U.S. Senate hanging in the balance, the buffoons over at MSNBC are already neck-deep in butthurt.MSNBC’s resident blowhard Chris Matthews asked MSNBC host Joy Reed what she thought the night would bring for progressive-minded Americans.
“I think it’s fair to say that you’re a progressive, and I am too—perhaps not to that extent,” Matthews said. “What do you think is the good news that might come tonight, for people who want to have good news tonight? How’s that for a question?”
“Well, you know what? I don’t know what the good news would be,” Reid said. She added that perhaps a GOP Congress would somehow end with a Republican “overreach” that “could make it easier to rebound two years later.”
Don’t hold your breath, Joy.
Nevertheless, these libs clearly don’t have the faith that Vice President Joe Biden has. I mean just yesterday he was out there saying he doesn’t “agree with the oddsmakers.”“I predict we’re gonna … keep the Senate,” Biden told CNN’s Chief Political Analyst Gloria Borger.
My guess is that the dingbats over at MSNBC are right and Joe Biden is wrong. Barack Obama’s unbridled liberal agenda will be rejected tonight. And it’s going to feel great watching liberals meltdown and drown in a river of tears.
