Here’s another one.
In November of 2013, the Obamacare architect explained how the American public’s “short attention span” works to President Obama’s “advantage” when it comes to legislation like the Affordable Care Act and covering up all of its controversial elements. His point was that one year after all of the initial uproar surrounding the law’s disastrous rollout, we would all simply forget about it.
Lo and behold, exactly one year has passed since Gruber the Goober made that remark…and the nightmare called Obamacare happens to be as fresh as ever in most voters’ minds.
It’s yet another way of referring to the American people as “stupid” (which Gruber has also done on multiple occasions now, despite claiming that it was an “off-the-cuff”-type gaffe). But as Donald Trump posited today, “Really, who’s the dummy here?”
