• “Comedian” W. Kamau Bell: Liberal Media is “Reasonable” While Fox News “Barks”

Comedy gets to bark. And the weird thing is that Fox News also gets to bark.” Those are the words of (little) wisdom from so-called comedian W. Kamau Bell.

During a Meet the Press panel with fellow comic Lewis Black that was strangely devoid of humor — in part thanks to NBC’s Chuck Todd — Bell opined, “I think sometimes the Left, you know, the left-leaning media, is afraid of barking. And so, the comics – you see this a lot in the left-wing media – they will play a clip of The Daily Show or they will play a clip of John Oliver and go, “Look at this guy barking. Anyway, back to a reasonable discussion.'”

Sure, Kamau. We’ve never heard “barking” from the likes of Chris Matthews or Ed Schultz, right? Well, at least he’s acknowledging the existence of a left-wing media. That’s a start.

It’s interesting, however, that he chose to slam Fox News after being fired by its sister FXX cable network last year. Bitter much?

Whoops. Sorry, Bell! Didn’t mean to “bark”!

Originally from New York, Fox has made the great pilgrimage down to sunny south Florida.
