Will the world end in 2020? Dr. Reese Halter seems to think so. The so-called “doctor” was a guest on MSNBC’s Ed Show, where he predicted an “epic calamity” coming at some point within the next 2-5 years, thanks to climate change.
“Epic. Epic,” he warned. “We have a very narrow window to act. I would say 2020. My colleagues would say half of that, by 2017.”The Huffington Post describes Halter as “an Earth doctor, an award-winning broadcaster and voice for ecology, and a distinguished conservation biologist with MUSE School CA.” He has a PhD in subalpine Eucalyptus eco-stress physiology from The University of Melbourne in Australia.
But those credentials probably won’t matter five years from now when we’re all dead.
