That’s right; Obama’s vice president sounded a bit bummed out by what his boss has wrought during remarks on Friday morning at the Democratic retreat in Philadelphia.

“The past six years have been really, really hard for this country,” Joe proclaimed. “And they have been really tough for our party … together, we made some really, really tough decisions. Decisions that weren’t at all popular. Hard to explain.”
