• Holder’s Replacement Says Illegals Have ‘Right’ To Work in USA

The confirmation hearings for Eric Holder’s replacement have begun, and — true to form — this White House nominee also shares disparaging views on the rule of law.

Loretta Lynch, the current U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of New York, told Senator Jeff Sessions today that “the right and the obligation to work is one that’s shared by everyone in this country, regardless of how they came here.”

The answer was in response to Sessions’s pointed question of who has “more right to a job in this country,” an illegal alien or an American citizen? (Video of the exchange above.)

And there you have it, a woman who is being considered as America’s attorney general won’t even say that actual citizens deserve work preferences over those who entered the country unlawfully.

Loretta Lynch made it clear in her hearings today that she will not enforce the nation’s immigration laws, which should effectively disqualify her nomination. In fact, she called Barack Obama’s executive amnesty dictate “reasonable.”

But to impede her nomination would require the Republican Party to stand on principle, which they seem incapable of doing.
