• Illegal Alien Murders Store Clerk Over Cigarettes

What’s particularly maddening about this story is that the illegal alien, Apolinar Altamirano, pleaded guilty in 2013 to the charge of “facilitation to commit burglary and was placed on probation for two years.”

And yet he still was not deported back to Mexico, even though the judge presiding over the case reportedly had ordered that immigration officials be notified of Altamirano’s illegal status in America.

Which brings us to the present.

Grant Ronnebeck, a convenience store clerk working the night shift in Mesa, Arizona, was brutally gunned down over a pack of cigarettes. He was only 21.

Here what happened this past Thursday, according to the AZ Central:

The man dumped a handful of change on the store counter just before 4 a.m., demanded a pack of cigarettes and, when Ronnebeck tried to count the money, pointed a gun at the clerk’s head, authorities said.

Ronnebeck handed over the cigarettes immediately, according to Mesa police, but it wasn’t enough to save his life.

“The clerk says, ‘I can’t give you the cigarettes until I count the money,’ ” said Detective Steve Berry, a Mesa police spokesman. “At that point, the (man) shoots him anyway.”

Police apprehended a suspect, identified as Apolinar Altamirano, 29, by 5:30 a.m. after a high-speed chase on surface streets and at least two Valley freeways.

Ronnebeck was pronounced dead shortly after the shooting.

Altamirano led police on a high-speed car chase before he was apprehended.

If that degenerate were deported back to Mexico after his arrest and guilty plea two years ago, Mr. Ronnebeck would still be alive today.
