  • Moral Equivalency Time: This Reporter Wants to Remind You of Christian, Jewish, Hindu Extremists

Before you get too angry over radical Islamist extremists who gun down innocents and chop heads off, Christopher Dickey wants to remind you that other religions have their own problems too.

The Daily Beast reporter joined the crew on MSNBC’s Morning Joe on Monday, where he drew a parallel between crazed jihadists, Christians, Jews, and inexplicably, Hindus…insisting that the extremes in each religion are all one and the same.

There are a lot of, you know … fundamentalist preachers in the Muslim world, just as there are crazy fundamentalist preachers in many other religions,” Dickey explained. “Hinduism, Christianity, Judaism who will try to incite their congregations — I think it’s an exaggeration here in France and indeed certainly in the United States to believe that they are finding a lot of followers who are embracing violence. The number of people who actually embrace violence, not just talk trash, but try to actually carry out terrorist events is infinitesimally small.”

You can watch Dickey(head)’s entire remarks above. In the meantime, feel free to share with us at Daily Surge any and all Hindu terror attacks that you may read about.
