• No Love For Hillary in Iowa … or Anywhere Else, For That Matter

Hillary Clinton may not be toast, but to her former fans, she definitely seems like moldy bread at the very least.

The Wall Street Journal decided to seek out some Clinton supporters in Iowa in order to gauge their thoughts on the 2016 presidential race…but there was one minor problem: they couldn’t manage to locate any such supporters!

Yep, it turns out that Democrat voters in the state are much more aroused by the prospects of Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren for president than they are for the coronated one.

    From the WSJ:

“My heart wouldn’t be in it for Hillary to the extent that it might be if it was a different candidate,” said Jennifer Herrington, chair of the Page County Democrats in southwest Iowa. “I admire Hillary, she’d be a great president, but you know, she isn’t my first choice I guess.”

Tom Swartz, who heads the Marshall County Democrats, said he wanted to learn more about Ms. Warren, Mr. Sanders and former Sen. Jim Webb of Virginia, who has set up a committee exploring a presidential run. He suggested Mrs. Clinton’s best chance may have come and gone.

“There’s always the nagging feeling that her ship may have sailed,” he said.

Ouch! Between that and Chuck Todd’s little dig over the weekend, it looks like Dead Broke Hillary had better get to work pulling that fork out.
