• Are You Ready for Larry David on Broadway?

You’ve seen him on TV. You’ve even seen him in a movie or two. But are you prepared to see Larry David on stage? Well, at least one person isn’t: Larry himself!

That’s right; the Curb Your Enthusiasm star revealed to David Letterman last night that he’s terrified of acting in his upcoming original broadway production, set to debut next month. “I really got myself in a pickle,” he said. “Even with all my deceptive skills, I cannot squirm out this. I got out of the army by pretending to be a psychopath, but this — this I can’t get out of.”

The Seinfeld genius went on to explain that he doesn’t view himself as an actor at all, which is kind of a problem if you’re heading up a theater show.

Still, my suspicion is that he’ll do fine in the end. I predict he’ll be “pre-tty, pre-tty good.”
