    Yes, Anderson Cooper and Kathy Griffin were at it once again, as the red-headed comic did her best to try and make the Silver Fox uncomfortable.

    This year’s worst offense?

    The moment when Kathy decided to dye poor Andy’s hair red, white, and blue.
