Cleveland Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel has entered a rehab treatment facility for unknown reasons. But considering his penchant for partying and snickers commercials, this shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone.
The Browns released the following statement:“Johnny knows there are areas in which he needs to improve in order to be a better family member, friend and teammate and he thought the off-season was the right time to take this step.”
This year has been particularly bad for the Heisman trophy-winning quarterback who spent the majority of the year on the bench. Just last month, ESPN reported that Manziel was regularly late for meetings this year, and failed to study the playbook. He was even suspended from the team’s finale and was later found drunk by the team’s representatives.
Though the Browns did not specify what Manziel was being treated for, my spidey-sense tells me that he may be an alcoholic.

In other news, Manziel should be wide open for waiver pickups next year.Send this to a friend
