  • Mark Levin: Obama Is Talking History While ISIS Slaughters People

Yesterday, at the National Prayer Breakfast, Obama lectured Christians warning us not to “get on our high horse” and blame the current wave of Islamic terrorism exclusively on Islam because Christians once carried out horrible acts of violence as well.

“While Obama takes us into academic land and wrongly so, people are being slaughtered,” talk radio host Mark Levin said on his program last night (segment above). “When you try to use your common sense, your experience, your belief in faith and country, right and wrong, good and bad, it doesn’t comport with how Obama thinks and reflects on things.”

Levin also appeared on Hannity last night and doubled down on his criticism of Obama.

“There are black Christians, and black Muslims in Africa who are being slaughtered, they don’t want to hear about the Jim Crow laws,” Levin said. “There are Christians, there are other Muslims being slaughtered in the Middle East, they don’t need a lecture from Obama about Christianity. The fact of the matter is Obama is not doing anything effective or substantive to stop genocide in our time.”

Obama attempted to downplay the spread of radical Islam around the world and idiotically compared it to American racism, saying, “In our home country, slavery and Jim Crow all too often was justified in the name of Christ.”

“Obama’s speech today sent two messages,” Levin added, “one to our enemies that this is not a serious man. They are gut laughing, and one to all those people who are suffering, whose families are being slaughtered that they cannot count on the President of the United States for help.”
