  • SHAMEFUL: Obama On World Evil: ‘People Committed Terrible Deeds In The Name Of Christ’

At the National Prayer Breakfast Thursday, Obama chose to lecture the crowd saying current Islamic terrorism isn’t exclusive to Islam because Christians once carried out horrible acts of violence as well.

There are always going to be those groups of people who will “hijack religion for their own murderous ends,” Obama exclaimed.

“Lest we get on our high horse and think this is unique to some other place, remember that during the Crusades and the Inquisition, people committed terrible deeds in the name of Christ,” Obama said. “In our home country, slavery and Jim Crow all too often was justified in the name of Christ.”

Make no mistake, Obama’s remarks today are beyond shameful. Radical Muslims are literally–at this very moment–burning people alive, beheading and burying babies alive, crucifying men who refuse to convert, selling women and children into sex slavery and this guy decided to lecture the world about Christian violence that occurred 10 centuries ago?

He went on to decry the Islamic State for claiming to stand for Islam when they were actually “betraying it.”

“We see ISIL, a brutal vicious death cult that in the name of religion carries out unspeakable acts of barbarism,” Obama said denouncing the group for “claiming the mantle of religious authority for such actions.”

No wonder no one believes Obama has the spine to destroy ISIS. He’s too busy protecting the reputation and guarding the feelings of Muslims around the world.

    What a disgrace.
