The Islamic State (ISIS/ISIL) released pictures of bloodthirsty jihadists savagely beheading a man they allege had been practicing sorcery and “witchcraft” – the latest in a long line of barbaric executions carried out by the terror group.
The exact nature of the crime the victim is accused of is not known, but images of his death were released by Raqqa is Being Slaughtered Silently, an ISIS-affiliated media that documents the terror group’s barbarism.Photographs of the execution, the victim lying in a pool of blood with his severed head resting on his back and the crowds who watched it, were uploaded to Twitter by supporters of the terror group, claiming the man was a ‘sorcerer.’
The unknown man, who had a long grey beard, bald head and appears to be in his 60’s, was photographed being killed by a masked executioner with an axe and wooden chopping block.
A series of gruesome photos shows the blindfolded and bound man wearing a brown jumpsuit, as a bearded terrorist wields an 18-inch long kukri machete into the air ready to decapitate the victim.
Another photograph shows him the victim kneeling on the floor with his arms bound behind his back, his head resting on the chopping block and the axe just millimeters from his neck. A third image shows a close-up of the man’s lifeless body, with his severed head resting on his back. Brightly-colored prayer beads, which the man may have been selling, surround his lifeless body.
Media outlets suspect the beads are the reason why ISIS arrested and convicted the man. The barbarians consider the beads “bid’ah, meaning a ‘reprehensible innovation.’”ISIS fighters regularly performs these public executions in accordance with their radical interpretation of Sharia law.
The witchcraft execution came just days after images were released of ISIS militants hurling a blindfolded man from a seven-story building after being accused of having a ‘homosexual affair’. The man apparently survived the fall, but was then stoned to death by a waiting crowd.
Thousands of protesters took to the streets in Kabul to demonstrate following the murder of a 27-year-old woman who was accused of burning the Koran on March 24 . The terrorist group released images of a couple being publicly stoned to death for having sex before marriage on March 30. Small children, as young as six-years-old, gathered around the couple to witness their gruesome execution.
ISIS captured a Palestinian refugee camp in Damascus, Syria, but some managed to escape. One survivor told media sources he witnessed two ISIS members “playing with a severed head as if it was a football.”
