Lena Dunham: Hillary’s Campaign Logo Will Be My ‘Tramp Stamp’

Feminist actress Lena Dunham is backing Hillary Clinton for president.

Dunham recently pledged to stop letting herself read Twitter due to criticism from “deranged neocons“, but she is still actively using Instagram and her latest Instagram posts are about Hillary Clinton.

The HBO Girls actress posted the Hillary Clinton campaign logo, which she says is going to be her “new tramp stamp.”

Dunham posted the now notorious photo of Clinton checking her BlackBerry on Instagram, with the caption “This is Hillary reading a text from me that says, ‘With you every step of the way, gurl’ #mypresident.”

Dunham also posted a picture of herself with President Obama and Michelle. “I would be very very proud to call Hillary our president, just as I have loved having this brilliant male feminist in office #barackandmichelle,” she wrote.

She has been a consistent vocal advocate for the left and its progressive agenda, particularly abortion. She led a Planned Parenthood campaign last year by posting a nude image of herself with the phrase “Lena loves Planned Parenthood” across her chest. She also joined the 2014 “Rock the Vote” campaign to get out the young Democratic vote.

The left reveres Dunham as heroine to pop culture. Obama used her in a campaign commercial in the War on Women back in 2012. Rosie O’Donnel recently praised Dunham saying ‘God gave us Lena Dunham’ to embody the feminist movement.
