News of Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign announcement, via a Youtube video put out Sunday, was received negatively by a large number of people in Times Square, New York.
New York 1’s Bobby Cuza asked several New Yorkers about Clinton’s announcement, many said they saw the “news” as “predictable.”“I thought it was an OK video. But I just don’t agree with her moral character,” one person said.
Several voters said they are not interested in watching the Clinton announcement video and disagreed with the video’s online release.
“Not everybody’s going to see this YouTube. My father’s not going to see this YouTube, who’s 85,” one man said.
“I don’t trust her. So no, I’m not excited,” one person said.
Hillary Clinton’s a “liar,” one man said. “She’s a cheat. She wiped her emails out. What’s the stuff out in Arkansas? Hey, man. Anybody that’d vote for her is nuts.”Some people weren’t surprised at all by Clinton’s announcement.
“It’s no surprise. We knew it was coming. So, it was about time,” said one man.
Even Hillary Clinton’s announcement website had issues. Her campaign website had a terrible typo that said Hillary had “fought children and families all her career.”
