• Bristol Palin Scoffs At Miley Cyrus’ ‘Hilarious Tirade About Tolerance’

Bristol Palin penned a scathing blog on Friday targeting Miley Cyrus for what she calls the pop star’s hypocrisy when it comes to asking for tolerance.

The former Disney Channel star said in a recent interview with Paper magazine— where she also posed nude — that she is the “least judgmental person ever,” and then proceeded to ridicule conservative lawmakers and Christians for their “f**king insane” beliefs and call her parents “conservative-ass motherf**kers.”

“Those people shouldn’t get to make our laws,” Cyrus said of Christians who hold to a traditional view of marriage.

“We’ve outgrown that fairy tale, like we’ve outgrown f***ing Santa and the tooth fairy,” she said, referencing individuals who believe Noah’s ark was a real vessel.

The 22-year-old “Party in the USA” singer slammed Christians who believe Biblical stories.“That’s ******* insane,” she told the magazine. “We’ve outgrown that fairy tale, like we’ve outgrown f***ing Santa and the tooth fairy.”

Her comments didn’t sit too well with Bristol Palin.

The 24-year-old daughter of former Alaska governor Sarah Palin wants to know why Cyrus wants to be free to be herself, but won’t “offer the same respect to her parents and those who wish to live out their Christian faith.”

“While her nude photo shoot has attracted the attention of many, it is her hilarious tirade about tolerance that turned my head,” Palin wrote on her Patheos blog.

“Is it just me,” she asks, “or does it seem more than a little fake that someone claiming to be accepting of everyone and everything would spew such judgment towards her own parents and their deeply held religious beliefs?”

“She wants everyone else to let her be ‘free to be Miley,’ but seems unwilling to offer the same respect to her parents and those who wish to live out their Christian faith,” she wrote.

“Oh, Miley,” Palin concluded. “Thanks for giving us the best example of what “tolerance” looks like in Hollywood: it looks a lot like contempt.”
