  • EPA Chief Says Climate Change Deniers Are Not ‘Normal People’

Climate nuts say the darndest things.

EPA Administrator Gina McCarthy told an audience Tuesday that people who deny that humans play a significant role in earth’s climate are not “normal people.”

McCarthy gave her remarks in front of an audience of doctors and scientists at the White House Public Health and Climate Change Summit.

McCarthy was talking about a recent EPA report that outlined the negative health impact of global warming when she began to take shots at so-called “climate deniers.”

“I am doing that not to push back on climate deniers,” McCarthy said. “You can have fun doing that if you want, but I’ve batted my head against the wall too many times and if the science already hasn’t changed their mind it never will.”

McCarthy then blabbered on about how skeptics aren’t “normal people.”

“But in any democracy, it’s not them that carries the day,” McCarthy said. “It is normal human beings that haven’t put their stake into politics above science. It’s normal human beings that want us to do the right thing, and we will if you help us.”

What a bunch of hot air.

A June 2014 Pew poll showed that 53 percent of Americans didn’t agree that there’s manmade global warming.

Is Gina McCarthy willing to condemn and call half the country out as not being “normal?”

Go that route Gina. Please, die on that ridiculous hill.
