• Rudy Giuliani: ‘I Would Have Already Brought Hillary Before A Grand Jury’

Former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani says that there is already an abundance of evidence to charge Hillary Clinton with quid pro quo corruption and if he were in charge she’d already be facing a grand jury.

Giuliani told CNN’s Chris Cuomo on Thursday that Hillary Clinton would have been a better president than Barrack Obama in 2008, but if she were to win the presidency in 2016 she would not be able to correct the damage done by the Obama administration.

He then explained that the allegations that have come out about Clinton, on the heels of the blockbuster book “Clinton Cash,” should warrant an investigation of a conflict of interest between Hilary Clinton and the Clinton Foundation when she was Secretary of State.

Rudy, who was the former federal Attorney for the Southern District of New York, said Clinton should have been indicted already.

“As a Former federal prosecutor there is no way she wouldn’t be in front of a grand jury if I were US Attorney,” he said. “Let’s pick the conflict of interest. We have lots of money going to her husband, and to her husband’s charity and her charity, her taking action favorable to the causes that paid money, to the countries that paid money.

“If there were a quid-quo pro, we’d be talking bribery. If there were no quid quo pro, if she had knowledge, than it’d be conflict of interest, which by the way bars you from federal office for the rest of your life. There is way more than enough there to warrant an investigation.”
