A sociology professor at the University of Memphis has used her Twitter account to display her radical left wing political ideology and air her racist views about white people.
Professor Zandria Robinson, who has a Ph.D. from Northwestern University, proclaims that white people are synonymous with “terror” and says the Confederate flag is the quintessential symbol of capitalism, among her many controversial and problematic comments about white people and those who dissented against her view points.Robinson declared on Monday that “white folks” believe that being polite provides immunity from her analysis of power structures based on race.
She has also said she believes “black folks” obtain fewer economic benefits from marriage because they have less money.
The University of Memphis has decided to actively direct students to this Twitter feed by promoting it on their site.
Robinson’s twitter account was public until a few hours ago, but here are screenshots of her racist tweets:
She claimed the confederate flag is a symbol of patriarchy, heterosexuality, and capitalism:
She tweeted that whites are “conditioned” for mass murder after the Charleston shooting :
She has also said she believes “black folks” obtain fewer economic benefits from marriage because they have less money and that marriage should be “widely accessible to a range of relationship types.”
Campus Reform uncovered much of Robinson’s radical history almost a month ago. Here was her response:
The taxpayer-funded professor even declared on Twitter that she expects “death and rape threats” because “those are the ultimate expressions of love from conservative whites these day.”
Here’s how Robinson describes herself on her Twitter account: “Dirty South black feminist sociologist. Zora-type ethnographer. Some babies’ mama. Negressdamus. Norf Memphis Teacake’s wife. Never in no particular order.”
Robinson stated in a Facebook post earlier this year that any white students who said or even thought that black students were given preferential treatment when applying to graduate schools were spreading “racist lies,” and declared that “if you do I will come for you. And I will do so in public.”Robinson has since removed public access to her Facebook account.
