• This Civil Suit Means More Bad News For The Clintons…

Bill and Hillary Clinton have been ordered to appear in court in late July to answer charges made by the conservative Freedom Watch group regarding their use of a private email server.

Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton will give her deposition on July 28 in Washington, D.C., and former President Bill Clinton will be deposed there on July 29.

The racketeering lawsuit specifically lists Bill and Hillary Clinton and the controversial Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton Foundation as defendants. The lawsuit alleges that Hillary Clinton used a private email server at the Clinton’s New York residence to sell access to other officials in exchange for donations to the Clinton Foundation.

The law suit was filed in March In the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Hillary Clinton allegedly failed to produce documents under the Freedom of Information Act that pertained to State Department waivers for firms doing business with Iran, the civil suit alleges. The actions potentially undermined United States sanctions.

The founder of Freedom Watch, Larry Klayman, said in a statement that the Clintons have been “refusing to be candid with the American people.”

‘”If they lie there will be consequences,” Klayman said.

Scrutiny over Hillary Clinton’s use of private email during her four-year tenure as secretary of State, which ended in 2013, has become a centerpiece of Republicans’ attacks since she announced her campaign in April.

Freedom Watch has ignited several lawsuits against Bill Clinton’s presidential administration

Clinton Foundation, it has been highly criticized for giving less than 15 percent of it’s donations to charity. Eighty-five percent, supposedly, goes to administrative costs and a category loosely called “other.”
