• Trump Calls Out The Veterans Affairs Dept. In EPIC Donald Fashion

Donald Trump has been on a roll over the past few weeks as a bombastic presidential candidate. And it appears that every issue the billionaire brings up is given new life in terms of media attention and news coverage.

During an interview Tuesday on The Blaze News Network Trump focused his attention on how badly run the Veterans Affairs Administration is.

Trump says the “VA is the most corrupt agency in the United States.”

The VA is “probably the most incompetently run agency in the United States,” Trump said. “The greatest of all are the veterans. And they are treated so badly.”

Trumps comments came, coincidentally, on the same day that a VA whistleblower disclosed that more than 30,000 veterans are still languishing and waiting to receive the healthcare and treatment they were promised:

A whistleblower has accused the Department of Veterans Affairs of intentionally violating its own policy toward combat veterans to keep thousands of applicants from receiving their healthcare benefits.

Scott Davis, a program specialist at the VA enrollment center in Atlanta, said some veterans returning from Iraq and Afghanistan lost their eligibility for healthcare after the VA sat on their applications until they expired.

“This is not an accident, not when you get to those numbers,” Davis told the Washington Examiner. “The VA, again, intentionally has artificial barriers to reduce the number of people who can use the system.”

The corruption and bad care at the VA even has Obama piling on with his own lame criticism. “I want you to know I’m still not satisfied. We’re not going to let up,” Obama said, at the 116th annual conference of the Veterans of Foreign Wars in Pittsburgh.

Obama never took responsibility for the VA’s horrible handling of veteran care. But Trump says if he’s elected president, he’ll fire the whole lot of “stupid people” managing the VA.

“You fix it with good management,” Trump said. “I’d fire everybody. And I’d get the best managers.”
