• Forget ISIS or Illegal Immigrants: Obama Takes On Prison Rape and the Comedians Who Dare Joke About It

Obama gave a speech Tuesday on criminal justice reform. And while he touched on several different topics in his speech, he did at one point turn a bit off course when he touched on a rather touchy subject: prison rape.

“We should not tolerate conditions in prison that have no place in any civilized country,” Obama said to the applauding crowd at the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People “We should not be tolerating overcrowding in prison. We should not be tolerating gang activity in prison.”

All that seemed admirable. But that’s when things got a little creepy.

“We should not be tolerating rape in prison, and we shouldn’t be making jokes about it in our popular culture,” Obama said. “That is no joke. These things are unacceptable.”

If you watch the video clip above you’ll notice a passion behind Obama’s words that’s rarely seen from the otherwise tame orator. I’ve never seen Obama get that fired up about destroying the rape-obssessed murders who run ISIS. I’ve never seen Obama get that ticked off about the very real rapists outside of prison right here in America.

I’d be surprised if comedians didn’t use this speech against Obama. I could very easily see Saturday Night Live or even South Park cracking all kinds of prison rape jokes at Obama’s expense, just to spite him.

Here’s a tip for you Mr. Obama: protect the American people who are being assaulted by everyone from criminal illegal aliens to the tax collector.
