Naturally, the news of Hillary Clinton’s server being stored in a bathroom offers plenty of fodder for jokes.
Fox News host of America’s Newsroom Martha MacCallum asked Mike Huckabee Wednesday for his opinion about the FBI’s allegations of Clinton trying to delete all data from her server.“In terms of the FBI saying that they think that she did try, attempt to wipe that server clean, and they do think they can get some of what was on there back, how does this look for her?” MacCallum asked.
“It looks really bad,” Huckabee replied, “because this is not just a political issue, this is a legal issue. And the fact they found the server was actually in a Denver apartment bathroom, it gives whole new concept to the idea it was wiped clean.”
“The worst thing that could happen to Hillary is beginning to happen, “ Huckabee he continued. “Her email disaster is becoming the butt of every comedian’s jokes. And that is not a good place for any politician to want to be.”
Clinton chose a small IT company called Platte River Networks to handle her email servers. The company, which has strong ties to the Democratic Party, was run out of an apartment and its servers were reportedly kept in the bathroom closet.
Clinton has previously said that her servers were at her home in Chappaqua, New York.Radio talk-show host Limbaugh said Hillary herself is now “becoming bathroom humor.”
“I mean, the jokes here, folks, write themselves,” Limbaugh said Tuesday. “I mean, she’s becoming bathroom humor now—a presidential candidate is becoming bathroom humor.”
He recounted a long list of one-liners, including:
Those who said that Hillary didn’t give a crap will national security were dead wrong.
“I hate to ask … where she stuck the thumb drive,” Limbaugh concluded.Sadly, the joke our former Secretary of State made of our national security is no laughing matter.
