• Fiorina: ‘Shame On Us’ If Congress Funds Planned Parenthood

Carly Fiorina delivered a scathing attack against Planned Parenthood on Wednesday’s Republican presidential debate, comparing the abortion giant’s black-marketing of late-term aborted baby organs to the national security dangers of Iran.

“I dare Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama to watch these tapes,” she said of the 10 undercover videos that have been released by an anti-abortion group this summer.

“Watch a fully formed fetus on the table, its heart beating, its legs kicking, while someone says we have to keep it alive to harvest its brain. This is about the character of our nation, and if we will not stand up and force President Obama to veto this bill, shame on this,” she said to thundering applause.

Planned Parenthood has come under fire this summer for undercover-sting videos that reveal the organization’s officials discussing the sale and use of fetal tissue obtained from late-term and partial-birth abortions.

Fiorina urged viewers to watch the footage that has been released.

Prominent Democrats, including President Obama and House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.), claim they have not watched the videos.

Obama said Wednesday night that he would veto a House bill that would defund Planned Parenthood. He also would veto another bill that would hold abortion providers criminally liable if they abort a child who is born alive following an abortion or attempted abortion.

Republicans, including presidential candidates Sens. Ted Cruz (Texas) and Rand Paul (Ky.), have said GOP leadership should risk shutting down the government in an attempt to defund Planned Parenthood.

“If we allow Obama to veto this bill, shame on us,” she said.
