The problem with the video snippet is that it is edited it from the Benghazi hearing, you know, where she testified about that fateful night in the U.S. consulate in Libya that ended with the death of four Americans.
The soon-to-be failed presidential candidate paused to dust off her shoulder about three hours into the lengthy hearing, after a round of questioning by Benghazi committee chairman Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-S.C.) about emails from her longtime confidant Sidney Blumenthal.
