• Come Along With Us: Woman From ‘Open Season on Crackers’ Video Arrested on Terrorism Charges

A Black Lives Matter activist who was arrested after declaring an “open season” on white people and law enforcement officials while she waved a gun and a machete on camera appeared on Fox News’ Monday night to defend her actions.

Latausha Nedd was arrested weeks ago  and charged with ‘making terroristic threats and transmitting those threats through social media’ after a video went viral her  declaring, “Right now we declare, it’s open season on a motherf–king cracker. All you motherf–king crackers y’all need to watch your motherf–king heads.”

Nedd and her lawyer argued on The Kelly File the videos were stolen from a public chat where she was allegedly defending herself from threats and from individuals calling her racial slurs and that the videos were edited.

“How do you feel about white people?” host Megyn Kelly asked Nedd.

“I don’t hate white people, if that’s what you’re asking me,” Nedd said. “I don’t hate white people. I hate injustice, and I hate corruption, and I feel that the systematic killing of black people has to be addressed.”

Nedd, who is also a “F*** Yo Flag” activist,  justified her use of the term “cracker” and said she used the pejorative often in the past.

“The etymology of the word cracker comes from slavery when field slaves would notify each other when the overseer was coming,” Nedd said. “The sound of the crack of the whip, that’s where it comes from. Now, if I’m being called a n****r, and no one seems to have a problem with that, when I use the word cracker, now I become a terrorist?”

Nedd’s attorney contended that she was defending herself from racist white hackers, but Kelly insisted that’s still no excuse for the kind of language she used and the derogatory threat toward white people.
