  • Watch Hillary Claim She’s Never Lied To The American People…sort of

Priceless. CBS Anchor Scott Pelley, in a rare act of journalism, pressed Hillary Clinton on her honesty. Asking if she could live up to Jimmy Carter’s pledge to never lie to the American people.

She strained to keep her poker face and said, “I’ve always tried to.”

    From Breitbart:

Democratic presidential candidate former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said that she has “always tried to” tell the truth and doesn’t “believe” she’s ever lied or ever will in an interview on Thursday’s “CBS Evening News.”

    Pelley pressed her:

After anchor Scott Pelley stated, “Some people are gonna call that wiggle room that you just gave yourself.” Hillary said, “‘[Y]ou’re asking me to say, ‘Have I ever?’ I don’t believe I ever have. I don’t believe I ever have. I don’t believe I ever will. I’m gonna do the best I can to level with the American people.”

The answer she was thinking in her head was something like this:

No. The American people can’t stand the truth. I lie constantly. The answer Scott is a glaring, screaming, abso-freaking-lutley NO! No, I will never be honest with the American people.  I am a pathological liar.

I looked over the coffins of the four dead from Benghazi and stared straight into the faces of the their parents and lied. A video…please! I’ve got ice in my veins. I could lie to anyone and not blink.

If my lips are moving, I’m lying.

God help us if Hillary Clinton becomes our president. No, seriously.
