  • Hillary: An Unborn Child Has NO Constitutional Rights – Even On The Due Date

Tuesday on ABC’s “The View” Hillary Clinton was asked about her views on abortion. It should come as no surprise that she is all for it.

However, it was a little shocking that she would not convey any Constitutional Rights to a baby even seconds before it’s born.

Does anyone see the irony here? This is exactly how American’s enslaved blacks. They were not a “Person” and thus had no Constitutional Rights.

Abortion and the millions of dead unborn are the slavery of our time. It’s even more horrific when you contemplate that Margaret Sanger, the founder of Planned Parenthood,  wanted to wipe out blacks by using abortion.

To this day, more abortion clinics are in black neighborhoods than anywhere else, and more black babies are killed before they ever leave the womb than any other ethnic group.

Where is the Black Lives Matter crowd on this? Silent.

Hillary definitely wants no part in extending Constitutional Rights to an unborn baby. Of course, because doing that would up the ante on the whole debate.

If a fetus has rights, you can’t just kill it because it’s inconvenient.

    From Breitbart:

Co-host Paula Faris asked, “I want to ask you about some comments that you made over the weekend on ‘Meet the Press,’ you said, quote, ‘The unborn person doesn’t have constitutional rights.’ My question is at what point does someone have constitutional rights, and are you saying that a child, on its due date, just hours before delivery still has no constitutional rights?”

Clinton said, “Under our law that is the case, Paula. I support Roe versus Wade because I think it is an important — an important statement about the importance of a woman making this most difficult decision with consultation by whom she chooses: her doctor, her faith, her family. And under the law and under certainly that decision, that is the way we structure it.”
