Joe is in…now what?
Oh, there’s SO much to mention, but we’ll start with a question. If you (the government) can impeach a private citizen (Donald Trump), then isn’t it feasible, and logical, to figure that ANY private citizen could be impeached? That’s the first part of that question…the second part being: what is Trump being impeached from when he is no longer holding a political office? My legal expertise would fit on the head of a pin, but it just doesn’t sound logical or legal, what the Harris administration is doing, or attempting to do.
With a few strokes of a pen, on Day One, Biden eliminated about twenty thousand jobs by stopping work on the wall, and the Keystone pipeline. Both of these works are designed to help America, and in the case of the wall, it has. Not only did killing the pipeline destroy thousands of jobs in the United States, it did the same in Canada as well…and that didn’t sit well with them. Trump brought America out from under the thumb of OPEC and made us an exporter of gas and oil for the first time in many years. Biden is going to put us back under the thumb again.
The wall on the Southern border has already proven to be a strong deterrent to illegal crossings. Stopping the construction on that piece of “safety equipment” plus the fact that the Harris administration is very much pro on illegal immigration means that American citizens will once again be getting the short end of the stick. Why, in the name of anything you want to quote, would a government fling open its borders and let the flotsam and jetsam from other countries flow in, when we obviously cannot take care of our own?
The unvetted, and probably unwashed, people trying to get into the United States will be bringing with them things that we may not be ready to accept. That would include diseases that we probably have not seen in many decades. This is not entirely speculation, because it has already happened. Our health facilities are already overworked because of the Covid, along with the “regular” people going into them, and now we’re going to import hundreds of thousands…maybe MILLIONS to overwhelm them.
Every dollar that goes to aiding illegal aliens IN ANY WAY, is one less that goes to the welfare and defense of the United States. You should think long and hard about that. Maybe, if you’re elderly, like me, you won’t get to see the country “surrender” …but your kids might, and your grandchildren surely will. They will grow up in a country that is completely unrecognizable as America. They will know nothing of our history, and why we once were “the shining city on the hill” …a beacon to the rest of the world. They will be “educated” just enough to function as automatons, to run the machines, do whatever jobs need to be done but NEVER to question WHY.
Various authors have warned us about this but we ignored them for the most part, and considered the books and movies as entertainment. Some of us, and I am one of them, took them VERY seriously, and watched as we gave up our freedoms bit-by-bit, piece-by-piece. Even today, we are repeating history because we didn’t learn from it, or just forgot it.
One of the cornerstones of our freedom-for-now, is the freedom of religion. Back in the 600’s a pedophile warlord named Mohammed unleashed a “religion” (a cult, really) on the world. He claimed, with nothing to back him up, to get “messages” from a god-like creature named Allah. Coincidentally, these messages coincided with HIS likes and dislikes and he set out to carry the word of Islam to the rest of the world, violently if necessary and, in most cases that was the way the word was spread. The plan, which Muslims (adherents to Islam) have followed all these centuries, calls for the complete domination of the world because then, AND ONLY THEN, will there be peace in the world. I mention this because in those millions of aliens that will be flowing into America, and many of those that are already here, are devout Muslims. If that doesn’t scare the you-know-what out of you, you don’t understand the problem.
Finally, being retired US Navy, I take an interest in what the Navy is doing…and it’s not good. They have accepted warships that were not combat-ready, “pseudo” warships that cannot defend themselves, much less the troops they will send against the enemy on the beaches. Also, the Marines are gearing up for amphibious warfare with NO big guns to soften up the enemy on the beaches. It seems like it would be Normandy all over again. Seasoned personnel are being let go, uniforms change almost yearly, making sailors look like the Army or Marines. Crews do not seem to be able to handle an emergency, the burning of the Bon Homme Richard, in peace time, with the aid of the local firefighters, how would they handle fires at sea? We will lose that carrier when we sorely need all of them that we can get. Don’t even get me started on the aircraft our Navy has, or doesn’t have.
Parting shot: Listen up, America, you are stepping onto that proverbial slippery slope and unless something drastic happens we are going to lose everything we love. Sad.
